University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES) is renovating a building that will be available to support IT businesses.  Somerset Hall has three floors and a partial basement totaling 21,901 square-feet with 18,000 square-feet available for use.  The UMES campus is located in a state designated enterprise zone.  Somerset County is eligible for "One Maryland" financial incentives and is a designated HUB zone.
