Ready to look for a building or site?  The Maryland Department of Business and Economic Development maintains a growing database of more than 1,000 available properties.  In the metropolitan Baltimore and Washington markets, the properties in this database generally have at least:

• 30,000 square-feet of available space for an industrial building;
• 20,000 square-feet of available space for an office building;
• 10 acres of available land for a site.

Also included are selected properties that fall below these thresholds in Western Maryland, Southern Maryland, and the Eastern Shore.  Residential, commercial, and investment properties are not included in this database.

Submit a Property
Owners, brokers, and developers wishing to submit properties for inclusion in the database should visit the Request Access page. Once registered, properties can be submitted through the Property Administrator area.
