Maryland’s DBED has instituted a specialized program that brings entrepreneurs from the state’s business community into the department to provide hands-on consulting for fellow entrepreneurs with high-tech, high-growth businesses.    From strategic consulting and business plan development to financing and capital and product development, DBED’s Entrepreneur in Residence is available to serve the needs of Maryland’s entrepreneurs.
