Natural Gas

Natural gas is available in most urban and surrounding areas of the state. Maryland receives bulk natural gas from four pipelines: Transco, Columbia Gas Transmission Corporation, Consolidated Natural Gas Corporation, and Eastern Shore Natural Gas interstate pipelines. Natural gas companies operating in Maryland include:
